WICKED: FOR GOOD SOUNDTRACK TO BE RELEASED ON THE FILM’S PREMIERE DAY — NOVEMBER 21, 2025!
The highly anticipated soundtrack for Wicked: For Good will be officially released on November 21, 2025, in conjunction with the film’s theatrical debut.
Produced by Republic Records and Verve Records, the soundtrack features 11 tracks based on the second act of the Broadway musical, adapted for the film, along with original songs written specifically for this cinematic version.
Key Highlights
Two brand-new songs by Stephen Schwartz will be included:
- “No Place Like Home”, performed by Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba
- “The Girl in the Bubble”, performed by Ariana Grande as Glinda
It also includes “The Wicked Witch of the East,” a song that existed in the original musical but was not part of the Broadway cast recording. It will now be officially recorded for the film, featuring Marissa Bode, Cynthia Erivo, and Ethan Slater.
Other well-known songs from the musical will also appear, such as “Thank Goodness / I Couldn’t Be Happier,” “As Long As You’re Mine,” “No Good Deed,” and the title track “For Good.”
The soundtrack will be available in multiple formats: digital, CD, double vinyl, picture disc, and more. Some retailers will offer exclusive editions with special covers or bonus content.
