Queue & Schedule

The ‘Join Queue’ button will appear between 9:30 AM and 9:50 AM (local concert time), so make sure to refresh the page until it shows up.

Once you're in, just click and wait.

At 10:00 AM, do not refresh the page, it will update automatically.

Ticket Prices

We already have the first official information from the U.S.: tickets on SeatGeek are starting at $77, including fees.

We are still waiting for Ticketmaster to confirm whether prices in the U.K. will be similar.

Important Tips

Use a computer — mobile devices often cause errors.

There’s no need to stay on the site before the waiting room opens.

If you have multiple accounts linked to the same phone number, Ticketmaster may block their use.

If you’re planning to purchase tickets for more than one show:

• Use a single account,
• one device,
• and one tab per show.

Attempting to access from multiple devices may result in being flagged and denied entry. (Yes, Ticketmaster can even block your IP address.)

Presale Code

The presale code will be sent via SMS on the morning of September 16.

Each code is unique — do not share it with anyone.

Presale has been officially confirmed on Ticketmaster.

The code is expected to work for all London shows, although official confirmation is still pending.
