Fans of the highly anticipated film Wicked now have a new way to immerse themselves in the magical world of Oz. The official website, wickedmovie.com, has launched an interactive experience that allows visitors to virtually step into the studios where the film was shot, exploring behind the scenes and discovering exclusive production details.
The digital experience, titled “Wicked Studio Tour,” invites users to walk through iconic sets recreated in 3D, such as the Emerald City, Shiz University, and the castle of the Wicked Witch of the West. During the tour, visitors can access behind-the-scenes videos, exclusive interviews with the cast, including Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, as well as insights into special effects and costumes.
In addition, users can unlock secret content by completing interactive challenges throughout the tour, such as quizzes and puzzles inspired by the story of Wicked.
According to the producers, the goal is to bring audiences closer to the magic behind the scenes and offer an immersive experience that goes beyond the screen.
“We wanted fans to feel what it’s like to walk through Oz even before seeing the film,” said director Jon M. Chu in an official statement.
Access is free and available worldwide. To begin the tour, simply visit wickedmovie.com and choose between guided or free exploration modes.
