NBC PREPARES LIVE WICKED SPECIAL AND INVITES FANS TO PARTICIPATE WITH VIDEOS!
NBC has announced that it will broadcast a live special dedicated to Wicked on November 6, celebrating the iconic Broadway musical, which will receive a new film adaptation in November 2025.
As part of the celebration, the network is inviting fans from around the world to submit videos between 30 seconds and 1 minute, sharing what the film means to them.
“CALLING ALL WICKED SUPERFANS”
We’re looking for fun and confident Wicked superfans from all over the world — children, teens, and adults — whose lives have been inspired, touched, or transformed by this beloved musical.
We want to hear your Wicked story — whether it’s a personal connection to the characters, a love for the music, or a message that has stayed with you. 💚
🌍 Fans of all ages from anywhere in the world are welcome (if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must submit your application).

Selected submissions may be featured during the special broadcast, as a tribute to the cultural and emotional impact that the story of the witches of Oz has had across generations.
According to the casting call, fans of all ages can participate, provided that those under 18 have permission from a parent or guardian. Organizers suggest that videos include personal memories, emotional connections to the story, or performances of iconic songs such as “Defying Gravity.”
The special promises to bring together exclusive moments, special guests, and tributes to the legacy of the show, which has become one of Broadway’s greatest successes since its debut in 2003.
Applications are now open and can be submitted through the official link provided by the production.
